Entry Requirements

  • Passport - valid six months after date of entry
  • Citizens from the following countries are exempted from visa requirements if entering Namibia as bone fide, holiday making tourists: Angola, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Mozambique, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Scandinavian countries, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, UK, USA, Zambia & Zimbabwe.
  • Maximum stay is 90 days on a holiday / tourist visa
  • SA Citizens traveling to Namibia on business, NO LONGER require a business visa, and an entry permit is issued on arrival.
